No. No. 3 Texas A&M completed a historic comeback, rallying from a 27-point halftime deficit to defeat South Carolina 31–30 on Saturday and remain undefeated.
The Aggies trailed 30–3 at halftime, but quarterback Marcel Reed responded with a dominant second half, finishing with a career-high 439 passing yards and three touchdowns.
The victory marked the largest comeback in school history and kept Texas A&M at 10–0, its best start since 1992, while maintaining its position in the College Football Playoff race. Texas A&M took its first lead on a late EJ Smith touchdown run, then sealed the win with a critical fourth-down stop in the final minutes.
South Carolina fell to 3–7, suffering their fifth straight loss after letting a commanding first-half performance slip away.
