Houston Dynamo Vs. C.F. Pachuca

Match Recap:

Pachuca opened the scoring in the 24th minute after a quick counterattack. Alexei Dominguez had a shot saved by Jonathan Bond, but it deflected off Felipe Andrade and fell to Luis Quiñones, who finished to make it 1-0.

Lawrence Ennali came on at halftime and quickly made an impact, creating pressure down the left side. In the 82nd minute, Toyosi Olusanya was fouled in the box, and Amine Bassi scored the penalty to tie the game.

But just three minutes later, Gastón Togni scored the winner with a low shot off the post, giving Pachuca a 2-1 win and keeping them in the running for the next round.
